We focus mainly on helping owner-managers prepare their business plans, but this tends to take us into helping with marketing strategy too, and sometimes a variety of other issues. Recent projects have included:

BIZmark’s principal consultant is Michael Bentley, supported by a network of associates. I have more than 25 years’ business experience. In that time I have worked for an owner-managed business, been a divisional MD of a multinational company, led a management buy-out and set up my own businesses. All businesses are different, but most of the issues they face are very similar – whatever your problems, you are not alone! And whilst my primary focus is on business plans and marketing strategies, no-one who reaches a senior position remains a specialist.
